Who’s shipping my order?
South African shipping is done through Courier Guy. International shipping is done through Tunl and their third party affiliates.
What are the shipping options and costs?
Express shipping to a South African address costs R250. Standard shipping to a South African address is R150. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Express shipping to a South African address takes 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping to a South African address takes 3 to 5 business days. International shipping typically takes 10 to 20 days although it may vary. Once your order is placed and collected by the shipping company shipping time will be confirmed directly with you by the shipping company.
How do I track my order?
Local South African orders will receive shipping confirmation and order tracking details directly from Courier Guy once your order has been collected. International orders will receive shipping confirmation and order tracking details directly from Tunl and/or associated shipping companies once your order has been collected.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Because we process and ship so quickly after placement, shipping address cannot be changed once order has been placed.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. We do, however, offer exchanges for credit to the value of the item concerned. An exchange will only be considered if an item proves defective within 3 months of purchase. General wear, tear, hook-rash and fish teeth do not constitute a defect, and a clear manufacturing fault needs to be established for an item to be eligible for exchange.

How do I make changes to an order?
Because we process and ship so quickly after placement, orders cannot be changed once placed.
Is my personal information/payment secure?
Yes. All personal information and payment details are handled by third party specialist services through secure platforms.
How do customs and import fees work?
Some international orders may have additional customs and import fees upon delivery. These are to be paid by you to the Courier. If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
